FAQ

Common questions before choosing OneTrax.

Quick answers on lawful tracking, GPS coverage, subscriptions, Bluetooth finding tags, Fleet compliance, and Custom setups.

Still not sure?

Email [email protected] with what you want to track and where it will be used.

Is OneTrax Go available to order now?

Not yet. OneTrax Go is currently taking interest registrations. Pricing, accessories, final suitability, and ordering details will be confirmed before any order is placed.

Can I use OneTrax to track a person?

Only where you have the legal right, authority, and appropriate consent. OneTrax is for lawful, proportionate tracking only, including agreed family support, child safety support by a parent or guardian, lone-working policies, and disclosed business use.

How is OneTrax Go different from a Bluetooth finding tag?

Bluetooth finding tags rely on nearby phones or devices detecting them. OneTrax Go is designed for active GPS tracking with mobile connectivity, alerts, history, SOS support where enabled, geofences, and faster tracking modes where network coverage allows.

Does OneTrax work abroad?

OneTrax Go can be useful when travelling, but international use depends on supported mobile networks, roaming partners, GPS conditions, and local signal quality. Ask us to check your destination before relying on it.

What happens if there is no signal?

Live updates may be delayed where GPS or mobile signal is poor. Where configured, SMS fallback can return a position when packet data is unavailable, subject to mobile signal, completed SMS setup, roaming support, and fair-use limits.

Does OneTrax Go have a waterproof rating?

Final device and accessory ratings will be confirmed before ordering. Pet collar use and exposed outdoor asset use should only rely on a suitable rated accessory once that rating is published.

Does Go include a web dashboard?

OneTrax Go is intended to be managed from the mobile app. Businesses that need dashboard controls for multiple vehicles, tools, assets, users, or reports should look at OneTrax Fleet or OneTrax Custom.

Can I cancel the subscription?

OneTrax Go is monthly rolling. Fleet has a 3-month starter period then rolling monthly. Custom normally has a 12-month term. Cancelling may stop live tracking, alerts, SIM connectivity, and portal access.

What warranty or support is included?

If you believe hardware is faulty, contact support for diagnostics. Your statutory rights are not affected. Warranty and replacement handling may depend on product, installation, misuse, damage, and the terms agreed at order.

Can Fleet track MOT, tax, insurance, and servicing?

Yes. OneTrax Fleet includes compliance tracking for upcoming asset admin such as MOT, tax, insurance, and servicing, with dashboard and email alert options where configured.

Can Custom clients have their own dashboard URL?

Yes. OneTrax Custom can include a branded company dashboard URL, separated environment, custom features, integrations, and dedicated or isolated infrastructure where needed.

GPS, not just proximity

OneTrax Go is designed for active tracking with mobile connectivity, alerts and history, not just nearby-item finding.

Business data processing

Fleet and Custom customers can request data-processing details during onboarding or before contract signature.
