Coverage

GPS tracking depends on signal, network, and device placement.

OneTrax devices use GPS and mobile connectivity where supported. Coverage can vary by location, country, building, vehicle, network, roaming partner, and how the tracker is fitted or carried.

Travelling?

Ask OneTrax to check your destination or use case before relying on international tracking. Email[email protected].

Mobile network coverage

Live updates need a compatible mobile network. Rural areas, basements, metal containers, underground car parks, and poor roaming areas may reduce or delay updates.

GPS visibility

GPS works best with a clear view of the sky. Dense buildings, heavy tree cover, indoor use, hidden mounting positions, and vehicle structure can affect accuracy.

International use

OneTrax Go can be useful on holiday for pets, family support, luggage, bikes, and valuables, but international service depends on supported networks and roaming conditions in that country.

No blanket guarantee

OneTrax cannot guarantee network quality, GPS accuracy, alert timing, or service availability in every location or country. Tracking should be treated as a visibility tool, not an emergency service.

Before ordering

Tell us where and how you plan to use it.

For Fleet and Custom installs, coverage should be checked against the vehicle locations, depots, worksites, countries, and security requirements involved.

  • Share country, postcode, region, or route details.
  • Tell us whether the tracker is carried, clipped, fitted, hidden, or enclosed.
  • Ask about coverage before using OneTrax abroad.
